   Healthy Food: A balanced diet is healthy for every person.
There are different kinds of nutrients: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.



 RULES FOR EATING HEALTHY

  •       Food should be freshly prepared.
  •      Revised
  •      Reduce the amount of salt and sugar in the dishes.
  •      Eat fruits and vegetables every day.
